PRELIMINARY specification for build hosts for Baserock

This is currently for what we plan to set up at Codethink for build infrastructure equipment in the first phase. As we gain experience about that, we'll update the page to describe the minimum realistic setup for building Baserock.

* note that these are specs for build machines - target devices may be much lower spec *

For ARM:

• At least 1 Hz core
• At least 1 GiB RAM (512 MiB might do?)
• Gigabit Ethernet
• Preferable, but not absolute requirement: SATA or eSATA link
• Supported by Baserock

For x86:

• Intel i5 CPU with 4 cores
• 8 GiB RAM
• Two hard disks of at least 500 gigabytes
• Gigabit ethernet
